Mitchell Sharpe , M.B.A., C.P.A.

Mitchell Sharpe is a Certified Public Accountant and trusted advisor who is highly regarded for his holistic approach to supporting the needs of entrepreneur business owners. Prior to founding The Sharpe Group in 2023, Mitch founded SKC & Co. CPAs, where he led them to exponential growth over the course of four decades.

With his consultative approach, Mitch finds ways to achieve his clients’ short and long-term goals, both personal and professional. With a focus on scaling for growth, he develops the strategic plan to achieve these objectives despite market changes and challenging conditions. Mitch focuses on tax planning to ensure that his clients’ tax liabilities are being monitored and adjusted as they grow.

Mitch is a member of both the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received a Master of Business Administration in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Rutgers University. In his free time, Mitch enjoys fishing, hiking, reading, and spending time with his family.

Jenny M. Sharpe , C.P.A.

Jenny is a Certified Public Accountant with over 9 years of experience. She takes pride in going the extra mile for her clients with a solution-oriented and collaborative approach. She works closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners in various capacities to help them achieve both their business and personal financial goals. She is highly responsive, energetic and relationship oriented.

As a CPA, Jenny helps her clients realize their business aspirations and provides them peace of mind through vigilant financial monitoring. She is passionate about acting as a member of her clients’ team on budgets, strategies for business growth as well as tax-saving opportunities in alignment with their goals.

A magna cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College, Jenny received a B.A. in accounting with minors in business administration and dance. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In her free time, Jenny enjoys trying new local restaurants, supporting the arts and charitable causes as well as spending time with family and friends.
